Once you peel back the layers of bullshit the Conservative movement is feeding working class American's in their screeching about SOCIALISM! you can begin to see what Conservatives really stand for, robbing the poor to pay for the rich. When rich people are asked to pay for poor people the cry of SOCIALISM! rings through the air. It is the knee jerk reaction Conservative will be giving from now on whenever Corporate proifts or the wealth of the already fabulously wealthy are threatened. Anything like that must, in the Conservative alternative reality, be socialism.
But a massive transfer of wealth from the majority of working class Americans to offset even more tax cuts for the rich is NOT socialism, it is "economic freedom" or something.
"Economic Freedom" the better to eat you with.
I call it what it is, Socialism for the Rich.
And I will call the Republican party what they are, The Party of Mr. Burns.
The plan relies on essentially privatizing Social Security and Medicare, while at the same time repealing the estate and corporate taxes and instituting a national sales tax (akin to a value-added-tax) of 8.5 percent. And while no marginal tax rates would be increased, according to a new report, the design of the plan and the taxes that Ryan leans on would shift the tax burden down the income scale, resulting in an overwhelming majority of Americans ultimately paying more in taxes than they do would under President Obama's plans.

Once Social Security and Medicare are privatized, gutted and sold off to Corporate privae sector interests Wall Street will have even more of your money to gamble with, and that means that the next economic crash will dwarf the last one. If these measures pass the next economic crash will be the Great Depression 2.0 ( if this one is not it already ).
In the name of securing short term profits for their wealthy puppetmasters the Corporatist GOP is willing to risk destroying whatever social safety net is left in America, all while decrying "Socialism", but if it is socialism for the rich, well, that is just fine.
I would LOVE to have PeanutButterPAC run some ads in Republican districts detailing how bad this plan would be for working class Americans, but I can't do it all by myself, so I am encouraging you to Join PeanutButterPAC and help us kick wingnut posterior.
This "plan" is a road map to America's 3rd world future, a place where the rich are super rich and "Tough Shit" for the rest of us. Please share this with your wingnut friends, relatives and co-workers. Between voting against every idea the Dems offer no matter how beneficial it is to the American people and this EPIC FAIL of an "idea" the GOP just handed us a great way to expose who their true masters are.
The party of Mr. Burns has a vision for America's future, and it is this . . .
Don't be fooled, a vote for the Republican party is a vote for the next Great Depression.
