(This was published in September. Hopefully promoting this to front page will help all of the new users. We are so glad to have you and hope you will stay involved.   - promoted by admin)

Over the past couple of weeks our traffic has grown tremendously and we have seen a number of new registered users. Thank you to MinistryofTruth and Curtis Abbey for all their hard work promoting the site. We would love for you new users to stick around, keep coming back and join the discussion. Lurkers are welcome at any time - but the more we have participating in the discussions the better the discussions will become.  Please do not feel intimidated. We are a friendly group and welcome contrasting viewpoints. We foster good open discussion and the even admins do not always agree so we hope you will just jump in and make yourself at home. Post as often as you like - there are no diary limits here.

General Info

We use Soapblox for our blogging platform. This format requires you to create a user-name and password to log in. Remember your user name and password. Save it somewhere safe and nearby - Write it down - it is your ticket to the process.

Comment in diaries first to get the hang of the process. Then you can create your own diaries once you get the hang of how the controls work.

Links and pictures make diaries better. Learn how to use links and insert pictures. Most You Tube Videos have embed code that you can cut and paste. I like to upload pictures at Photobucket - where the source code will be created for you and your pictures hosted

Providing in-depth analysis of elections

why is our traffic rising? (4.00 / 2)
1. links to diaries on other sites

2. interest in health care reform diaries

3. enthusiasm of our admins for the site

Excellent post here mw (4.00 / 1)
Is there any way you can include a link to it in the sidebar?

Also (4.00 / 1)
I was wondering if you could switch the positions for the recent diaries and the quick hits? I think quick hits has too prominent a position. The diaries are the best part of that right sidebar.

does anyone read the quick hits? (4.00 / 1)
is it helpful at all?
